Marketing Professional Services in Asia - book review

My new book 'Marketing Professional Services in Asia' published by Lexis Nexis in June of this year was reviewed in the August edition of the Hong Kong Lawyer. This is the official journal of the Hong Kong Law Society.

BigLaw strategy in the midst of downsizing:sustainable? A rather doom and gloom article appeared in the online edition of the NY Times recently about the mass layoffs and in certain cases closing of law firms in the US. The base of the piece revolved around White and Case, founded in 1902 and one of the most venerable law firms on Wall St. The firm, stung by declining revenues and billable hours, let go 70 lawyers and closed offices in Bangkok, Dresden, and Milan. Marketing Professional Services in Asia-Seminar at Chartered Institute of Marketing Hong Kong I conducted a seminar on Wed 19th Aug 2009 at the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Hong Kong to discuss the application of marketing in professional service firms in Asia.
