Great paper. I like your comment on Twitter being around in 5 years. If its not Twitter, it will be someone that does the sharing model better. The sharing notion won't be going away.

Many thanks Mark, I agree with you. The sharing notion is here to stay and firms need to combine traditional deployment methods with Web 2.0 approaches.
